EXPERIENCED: Holistic facial, bodywork massage, and somatic therapy

REVIEW (9/10): I had a lymphatic face massage with LED light therapy and oxygen treatment with Cecilia Wong. I could see the difference in facial contouring halfway through the treatment thanks to the lymphatic drainage. The bodywork massage with Ben was one of the best I’ve ever had. He plays a beautiful set of classical music throughout the session that truly enhances the entire experience. The somatic session with Co-Founder of CWC, Michelle, was awareness-inducing. We started with a foot reading where she was able to uproot insights into where I had life blocks and we proceeded with a mix of talk therapy, hands-on healing and lastly, self-healing. I left with a greater awareness of my blocks and how to work with and through them.

TIME SPENT: 2 hours (3 mini sessions)

VIBE: An inclusive space for everyone from the wellness-intrigued to well-versed. Tons of plants, an altar and high-vibe books are balanced with mid-century modern decor.

BONUS:  The birth chart book at the 26th st. location is amazing and insightful. They are also building a virtual community for practitioners to connect.
